Return/Exchange Policy

We accept returns for store credit and exchanges only within 7 days of receipt. If you would like to return/exchange an item, you must create a return authorization (RA#). Please email us at contact@anamalnyc.com before shipping any items back to us and detail the reasons for your return and wait for a return approval from ANAMAL NYC. Be sure to include the item style number as well as your order number.

Once we approve and the item is received we can work on your return/exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging, unused/unworn, and in the same condition in which you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved your refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 5 days.

When mailing back the item, please use a delivery confirmation form so the package can be tracked. Also please write the RA # on the invoice and on the outside of the return box. We also recommend using a trackable shipping service, such as UPS or FedEx, and purchasing shipping insurance since we cannot process return or exchange if we do not receive the item. We will send you an email with a delivery confirmation # on your new item. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable

If we made a mistake on your order, please send us an email as soon as you receive your package. We will send you a self-addressed, postage paid envelope so you can return the item at no cost to you. We will send your correct order as soon as we can. It will be our priority to get it to you as quickly as possible. If you make an order mistake, you can e-mail us within 2 days of placing the order and we will issue a refund immediately.
