  1. What type of shipping options do you offer?
    All our pieces are custom made, so please allow up to 2-4 weeks for shipping to go out. For domestic orders we offer the option of USPS ground which takes about 3-5 business days. We also offer faster shipping options if needed, just email us at contact@anamalnyc.com. Rates are calculated at checkout, and cost varies depending on the on the destination and service selected. The customer is responsible for any Duties and Taxes the destination country imposes. Please keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
     
  2. How do we borrow jewelry for a photo shoot?
    Send an email to contact@anamalnyc.com and we can let you know if the items you need are available. Pick ups and Drop offs can be done by mail, messenger or in person. Please give us at least two weeks notice and be prepared to sign a letter of responsibility.
     
  3. Do you accept returns/exchanges?
    Returns/Exchanges within 14 days of receipt are accepted with prior authorization. Please read our full return policy before making your purchase.
     
  4. Will you repair my damaged jewelry?
    If you have a piece of Anamal jewelry that needs repair please let us know! As long as the item is repairable, we will do anything we can to keep it looking brand new (but if you accidentally ran over it with your car and smashed it to pieces- we probably can’t help you.) Email us photos, a description of the issue, and proof of purchase to contact@anamalnyc.com and we will let you know if we can repair the item for you. The customer is responsible for shipping both ways and any replacement stones (we can source them for you, but you will have to pay for the value of the stone), but we are happy to provide approved repairs for free.
